BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% is required for all appointments. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation or change. An appointment may be rescheduled twice without forfeiting the deposit. However, reschedules within 4 business hours of the appointment may result in the deposit being forfeited. A No Show will result in an additional charge (equaling 100% of the service value).

NOTE: Gratuity totaling 18% of the service total will be required of all groups of 4+ persons.
