CANCELLATION POLICY
 

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit/pre-payment is required for all appointments. Kindly give 24 hours notice of cancellation or change as a courtesy to our staff. Cancellation within 4 business hours incurs a 50% rescheduling fee. An appointment No Show closes the prepaid order. Deposits/Pre-payments are non-refundable.

NOTE: Gratuity totaling 18% of the service total will be required of all groups of

4+ persons.
