HOT STONE MASSAGE

PRENATAL MASSAGE
In the 2nd and 3rd trimesters only, prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be. As her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy, massage enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. Select therapists.

CUPPING THERAPY
This ancient Chinese therapy starts with traditional hand massage to warm the tissue, followed by application and manipulation of silicone cups. Benefits: Myofacial release, trigger point therapy, ischemic knot release, improved circulation, improved range of motion in areas bound by fascia. May also reduce recovery time after a workout. Common areas of application may include: Upper and lower back, sacrum (pelvic area), glutes, IT bands, and rotator cuffs.

Lymphatic Drainage is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. “Dream Away” is the theme of this 90-minute service that encourages deep breathing in the presence of a calming aromatherapy diffuser.
