Since appointment time is reserved just for you, The Retreat requires a minimum 4-hour notice
of any cancellation or change. Clients who fail to give adequate notice of cancellation/change or
who fail to show for an appointment will be charged 25% of the appointment value. As a result, a credit card is
required to reserve select appointments and package services. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
